Contact FAQs

Questions about getting in touch with Tahoe.

What's the best way to get in touch with Tahoe Development Group?

The most reliable way to reach us is by calling (718) 641-1098 during business hours, Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern. You can also email vgurino@tahoedevelop.com or use the contact form on this page. If your inquiry is detailed or involves documents, email is often the most efficient starting point.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

We aim to respond to all business inquiries within one to two business days. If you've sent a message and haven't heard back within that window, a follow-up call is always welcome.

I'm not sure which service I need — can you help me figure that out?

Absolutely. A significant portion of our initial conversations are with people who have a site, a project, or an idea but aren't sure what kind of help makes sense. Tell us what you have and what you're trying to accomplish, and we'll help you understand whether Tahoe is the right fit and what the right path forward looks like.

Do you take on smaller residential projects?

It depends on the project. We primarily work on multifamily, commercial, and larger-scale residential projects, but we consider each inquiry based on fit, location, and scope. The best way to find out is to reach out directly.

What information should I have ready before calling?

Having a sense of the property address or neighborhood, the type of project you're considering, your approximate timeline, and what stage you're at will help us have a more productive first conversation. You don't need a complete plan — many of our best conversations start with very little information.

Do you offer free consultations?

Initial conversations are part of how we determine whether there's a fit between your project and our capabilities. Reach out directly and we can set up a call.

Are you currently accepting new clients?

We evaluate each inquiry on a case-by-case basis depending on our current project pipeline. Contact us to discuss your project and we can give you an accurate read on availability and timing.
